I think the "Hon." (Honorable) title is partly rhetorical, mostly optimistic.
"Sle"(Sleazy)
"Cro" (Crook)
"Sel" (SelfServing) were rejected as too disrespectable.
"Who" (Whore) was briefly considered but because the money exchanged hands over a table and not a bed, was also thought to be disreputable and a little factually inaccurate.
Term limits would be real nice.
It never was intended to be a career, ladies and gentlemen.
Not until powermadness changed the gameplan.
How about Pat Vance? We do listen to you up here in Cumberland Co.
We really need to update this list. When we do, I'll make sure Pat Vance is listed.
