Since moving into our own house, I've lost 12 lbs. I'm still heavier than I want to be but mowing grass is a fat killer!
As soon as I get that Dyson vacuum cleaner and box of scalpels I ordered, I'm offering discounted liposuction.
Until then, keep an eye out for posts tagged "Drop-A-Ton Challenge".
Somewhat. I ride bicycle about 150 miles per week but still have to lose 80lbs yet.
I've lost about just under 40 lbs. in 4 months by hitting the pool; not to swim but to sprint, do jumping jacks with weights, crunches up and down the pool with weights, and a whole lot of in-place sprinting. I work on my core (stomach area) the whole time by holding it in tightly. 4-5 times a week seems to work. Just a thought!
